trouble shooting

I don’t know how to submit a feedback review
  1. Log in to your account
  2. go to the Dashboard
  3. Upload your file, add context, and click "send for feedback".
  4. You’ll get see a processing confirmation.
I can’t find my past submissions
  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to “Feedback history” to view previous submissions.
  3. It lists all previous submissions with timestamps and statuses.
  4. Click any item card’s button “View submission” to see details, files, and submission notes.

Note: This will not be available for new users as there will be no previous submissions available.

My feedback isn’t showing
  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Scroll to “Feedback history” to view previous submissions.
  3. Click any item card’s button “View feedback” to see details, files, and submission notes.
  4. A pop up window will appear with the feedback for the submission.

Note: This will not be available for new users as there will be no previous submissions available.

Why should I give feedback about my feedback?
  1. The loops has taken a user centric approach which means that your feedback will optimise and refine your 1:1 relationship with the loops platform.

  1. When a review has been submitted we need time to;
  2. • analyse your work
  3. • consider the areas of opportunity
  4. • and consider what would be the most valuable constructive feedback

  6. Our process take approx. 30 seconds which should be faster than the current design review process most designers are familiar with.
How many reviews can I conduct?
